80 CATI workstations
Our aim is to meet the highest quality standards across all fields of research. That is why we have run our telephone surveys in collaboration with Germany’s leading CATI (= Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews) studios for many years now. As part of this partnership, FairControl has access to a total of 80 fully equipped CATI workstations.
Leading CATI technologies
The telephone workstations are equipped with the most modern hardware and software. The Voxco software system is deployed. This CATI system allows a high level of sampling rates, an automated questionnaire flow and predictive dialling. The predictive dialler automatically dials the number of the required target person until the line is free and then transfers the call through to the interviewer. This takes the strain off the interviewer and prevents fictive interviews. The monitoring functions of the system allows our supervisors, permanently in attendance, to track each individual telephone interview.
Intensive training and support
Our experienced and regularly trained telephone interviewers are available for our telephone surveys and are assigned according to their individual qualifications. Prior to each project, FairControl holds a questionnaire briefing where the interviewers and supervisors are made aware of special features and are sensitised for the relevant coherences.
