Quality assurance for routing analyses
In order to be able to guarantee you valid and high quality results in our routing analyses and behavioural observations, the following quality assurance measures are an established part of our routing analyses:

Thorough selection and training of FairControl observers

Tracking of the first routing analyses and verification of agreement with the test analyses from a FairControl supervisor

Examination of the survey situation: Do distortions result from the observer? Is undercover observation of the visitors actually possible?

Examination of the observation plan: Are the categories designed really sufficient and complete? Is the plan practicable?
- Examination of the random sample selection: Does observation take place at the right time? Are there external influences or disturbing factors at the time of observation, which could affect the results?
