Quality assurance for routing analyses

In order to be able to guarantee you valid and high quality results in our routing analyses and behavioural observations, the following quality assurance measures are an established part of our routing analyses:

  • Thorough selection and training of FairControl observers
  • Tracking of the first routing analyses and verification of consistency with the test analyses from a FairControl supervisor
  • Examination of the survey situation: Does the observer or the observing situation lack neutrality? Is an undercover observation of the visitors actually possible?
  • Examination of the observation plan: Are all aspects covered by the categories in the observation sheet? Is the observation scheme feasible for on-site implementation?
  • Examination of the random sample selection: Does the observation take place at the right time? Are there external influences or disturbing factors at the time of observation, which could affect the results?
