Solution Modules

With EventMonitor®Leads, FairControl offers you a powerful and cost-effective lead registration system. EventMonitor®Leads is a full service package providing you with all the necessary modules (hardware, software, services). You can use the sequentially structured solution modules individually or in combination, as required.

Hardware – scanning rather than typing
We provide you with a business card scanner, which quickly and accurately sends your business card information to a lead database. Within a few minutes you can enter more cards than you could type in hours. We can also make laptops available to you, as required, on which the required software is preinstalled.

Software – user-friendly and flexible
The fair lead sheet you use for your fair presentation is created for you individually in the EventMonitor®Leads registration module. A clearly structured user interface allows you to supplement your business card information with additional information from your lead sheets with just a few mouse clicks. Handwritten notes from your fair advisors can be entered without difficulty via open fields. The EventMonitor®Leads online reporting tool also gives you the option of accessing and evaluating all the available lead data via the Internet at any time. With the help of the integrated user administration you can assign rights and passwords. You can call up the registered lead data as an Excel file whenever you want. This allows you to import the visitor data into your CRM system at any time.
