FairControl carries out worldwide surveys for you directly on-site – at fairs or events or at the POS. Thanks to our highly capable field department with over 450 interviewers at home and abroad, we can implement face-to-face surveys for you within the shortest possible time. Our professional quality management and carefully selected interviewer team guarantees you high quality survey results: Each FairControl interviewer is recruited personally, tested for their suitability, extensively trained and their performance is continually monitored according to precisely defined control mechanisms.
Innovative interview technologies
To meet your standards and fulfil your image requirements, FairControl specialises in digitally based performance of interviews using PDAs, mobile phones and tablet PCs. The use of digital survey technologies also offers you methodical and economic advantages. The data quality rises thanks to automatic filtering and plausibility checks. We also circumvent a time-intensive working step unavoidable with paper & pencil surveys: The completed questionnaires do not have to be laboriously digitalised by hand, but instead can be processed immediately after the interview. Your advantage: By means of the brief evaluations, you can react immediately and continue on to optimise your communication presentation on-site.
Interviewer selection matched to the occasion
We place extreme importance in blending our interviewers into the respective survey setting. This guarantees authentic survey situations and ensures undistorted quality of the data surveyed. Here FairControl can draw upon a large pool of interviewers of different types and styles. Moreover, we have a team of carefully trained special interviewers at our disposal for surveying top-level target groups and demanding target persons.
Available at short notice: Telephone interviews
FairControl also carries out personal telephone surveys – especially for studies requiring immediate feedback and whose results have to be available within a short time. Here we call upon a CATI studio with 80 stations. The extensive CATI monitoring options and the experienced interviewers, continually trained by FairControl, guarantee the highest possible quality standards.
