Face-to-face surveys
We organise face-to-face surveys for you at fairs, congresses and other events or directly at the POS. Our own, professionally trained team of interviewers is assigned for conducting surveys.
Fast and flexible implementation of survey projects
Our Europe-wide field department currently numbers 450 qualified interviewers. This allows FairControl to carry out face-to-face surveys across Germany and in many European countries within the shortest possible time.
Interviewer selection matched to the setting
We place extreme importance that our interviewers blend into the respective survey setting. This guarantees authentic survey situations and collection of data matched to the occasion of the survey. Our pool encompasses interviewers of various type and style from many different specialist areas. This allows us to ensure credible and authentic survey situations even for demanding target groups.
CAPI: Surveys with innovative interview technologies
For methodological and research quality reasons, FairControl specialises in digitally-based performance of interviews using PDAs, mobile phones and tablet PCs. Your advantage: The data can be processed immediately after conducting the interview – also on-site, on request. The first brief evaluation therefore offers you the possibility of checking the central study contents and of optimising your fair presentation during the fair, for example.
